We are committed to providing you with high-quality timepieces and ensuring your satisfaction. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
 Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Coverage Under the Limited Warranty:
Chronocraft.SG provides a limited warranty for a period of 1 month from the original date of purchase for all of our professional watches, as long as the watch is used under normal, intended conditions.

The warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship that are discovered during normal use.
Movement malfunction due to manufacturing defects.
Hands or dial misalignment caused by factory error.

2. Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:

Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., dropping, hitting, or mishandling the watch).
Water damage if the watch was not properly sealed or if the watch was exposed to conditions beyond the water resistance rating of the specific model.
External causes such as fire, chemical exposure, or extreme temperatures.
Normal wear and tear including scratches, fading, or scuffing of the case.
Battery replacement (unless a defect is found within the warranty period).
Improper maintenance or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.
Bracelet or strap defects.

3. Warranty claim process: To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following:

A copy of the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
A description of the defect or issue you are experiencing with your watch.
Clear photographs of the watch, showing the defect (if applicable).

Please contact our customer service team at chronocraftsg@gmail.com to initiate a warranty claim. Once your claim is received, we will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for repair or replacement, if applicable.

4. Limitations of Liability:
Chronocraft.SG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the watch, including but not limited to any loss of income, damage to personal property, or any inconvenience caused. Our sole obligation under this limited warranty is to repair or replace the defective product as outlined above.

5. Additional Information:
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
The watch must be maintained according to the guidelines provided in the user manual for the warranty to remain valid.
